Within the past decade or so, Lilli Ann garments have become enormously sought-after by vintage collectors. The eminently distinctive design and unsurpassed quality of garments from the company's heyday are held in high esteem. Lilli Ann garments are held in museums, important private collections, and upscale boutiques.

This does not mean, however, that Lilli Ann garments are out of reach of average collectors. Unlike haute couture garments, which are one-of-a-kind pieces that take can take hundreds of hours to create, Lilli Ann garments were mass-produced for the ready-to-wear market. Because they were widely distributed and remain very available, the finest Lilli Ann piece will cost several hundred dollars, rather than the several thousand dollars a vintage haute couture piece may command. And a wearable and beautiful Lilli Ann coat from the 1950s can be purchased for considerably less than the price of a modern-day coat of inferior quality.
